One of our clients, Red Box Storage, was featured in the South China Morning Post recently. Red Box are upgrading their existing facilities and expanding rapidly through Hong Kong and Asia following a successful fundraising. The fundraising was done in conjunction with the sale of the majority of the business. The raise will allow the business to take advantage of opportunities in the self storage sector in Hong Kong following recent changes in legislation by the Fire Services bureau which will lead to improvements in safety and consolidation in the sector.
