You can get an experienced CFO on board for 4 hours per week for as little as US$3,000 per month. A finance controller for US$800.
Fees depend on the experience of the CFO. Our aim is to provide measurable value to each of our clients and we are more than happy to be flexible and to discuss performance fees or equity. In some cases we have also invested directly in client equity.
Fees are normally charged on a daily basis, and depend on the number of days worked per month, the more days per month, the lower the daily rate.
Rates vary from US$1,500 per day for a partner to US$400 for an experienced Financial controller.
Whilst the basis is a daily rate we also have charged on other basis and are happy to discuss :
- Fixed monthly fees
- Fixed fees for projects
- Percentage of cost/ sale proceeds for M&A
- A combination of the above

She has worked as the sole finance person at start ups, to managing a team of 35 finance, tax, treasury across multiple entities and countries.

Prior experience as Finance Manager at construction, manufacturing and engineering consultants, she has been in accounting for more than 30 years and has performed and led teams in all finance aspects as both a divisional manager for large fortune 500 companies as well as head of department at smaller SMEs, looking after finance, accounting, treasury and tax, budgeting and reporting under tight deadlines. She has managed projects to implement and convert accounting systems, change and streamline accounting teams, and has an excellent record of improving credit control.
